We breathe upwards of 20,000 breaths per day and the vast majority of us are doing it wrong. Breathing has a major influence on our mind, our fitness and performance, stress management, our immune system defenses and can actually aid in fat loss. In this class, we will learn how to functionally breathe to enhance multiple areas of our lives whether you want to increase energy, unwind before bed, decrease stress levels or increase our performance, we will explore different breathing patterns to help you in your day to day life.
